Mayo, Frank D. (no replies)

July 26, 1887. Frank D. Mayo, age 29, carpenter, while engaged in helping put up water tank at Utica (Venango Co.) fell from top of tank to ground, cutting and scraping his face badly, nose split, back and shoulder bruised. Caused by staves giving way and falling outward. (Treated by) Dr. LaShells. Dr. McClelland dressed wounds at Utica. A. J. Horth foreman.
