The Subscriber has provided himself with a Flat-boat and Skiffs for the purpose of keeping a Ferry, just below the junction of Frenchcreek with the Allegheny river, and immediately above the site of the new Bridge. He will use his utmost endeavors to accommodate the public by punctual attention to the business, and moderate charges, and thereby he hopes to merit a liberal share of patronage.
